HOTEL BOOKING

 

• All hotel reservations should be made for a minimum of 4 nights ​

• Full Payment is required no later than June 6th 2014​

• The Booking Form must be completed and submitted with all the necessary details marked with (*)​

• Two nights deposit per room will be required. Reservation will not be confirmed without payment. 

 

ALL BANK CHARGES HAVE TO BE PAID BY THE PARTICIPANT.

 

• Participants whose cancellation is received 45 days before arrival date will be refunded in full, less bank charges.

• Participants whose cancellation is received between 44 and 15 days before arrival date will be charged with a cancellation fee equivalent to two (2) nights’ accommodation. Balance will be refunded, less bank charges.

• No refunds will be made for cancellations received 14 or less days before arrival date.

 

 

For hotel reservations made by a sponsoring company/travel agency, the participant will receive the hotel confirmation from the company directly. 

 

 

PRE & POST CONGRESS TOURS CONDITIONS

 

• 50% amount of the tour price should be paid through the reservation form.

• Balance should be received one (1) month before the starting date of the tour.

 

• Participants whose cancellation is received 45 days before arrival date will be refunded in full, less bank charges.

• Participants whose cancellation is received between 44 and 15 days before arrival date will be charged with a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the tour price. Balance will be refunded, less bank charges.

• No refunds will be made for cancellations received 14 or less days before arrival date.

 

 

BUENOS AIRES SIGHT-SEEING AND TRANSFERS CONDITIONS

 

Payment should be sent at the time of sending the reservation form.

To be entitled to full refund, cancellations should be reported 72 hours prior to the operating date (Bank charges will not be refunded).

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation. This confirmation will be sent by email to the address provided in the form.

For block bookings; companies/travel agencies are requested to send their reservation by email to Mrs. Celia Ottino (celia@anajuan.com). Different payment and cancellation policies will apply.  ​
